Note:
KALOS vodka does not ship directly to customer. Instead, a Local Liquor Retailer
that carries KALOS vodka is selling the product to you through the KALOS Vodka
ecommerce portal. An adult 21+ years old with valid identification
must be present to accept the delivery.

WHAT IS THE KALOS RETURN POLICY?

Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. We can help you resolve issues with orders that were fulfilled and delivered to you by our local retail partners. If you are having an issue and would like our assistance please contact our Customer Support Team here.

California: Per state law, alcohol returns can only be accepted if the product is spoiled or otherwise unfit for consumption, or purchased in error.

By law, KALOS vodka cannot refund or credit in the case of loss, damage, stolen, or perishability. It is encouraged for consumers to contact Speakeasy Co. regarding the retailer for loss, damage, stolen, or perishability packages must be reported directly to Speakeasy Co. within five days of the expected delivery date.

If a consumer feels they received a spoiled item, please email our support team at support@kalosvodka.com about your experience, and they will assist with resolving all concerns.
